This dish was easy to make and yummy. I paired it with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. I'm a vegetarian and didn't eat it, but everyone else that did raved about it. That said...if a vegetarian can make it, you can too!!!!
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 ounces boursin cheese (or two wedges of laughing cow garlic and herb cheese)
- 2 slices bacon
