  • Trim fat from pork chops.
  • Place chops in a plastic bag set in a shallow dish.
  • Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops in bag.
  • Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 24 hours, turning occasionally.
  • Drain chops, discarding marinade.
  • Grill over medium heart about 12 to 15 minutes until chops are done, turning once halfway through grilling.

  2. Wow, what a great meal. I only got to marinate these for about an hour, then cooked them on the barbeque. I poured some of the marinade on the steaks during cooking. Can't wait to have these chops again. Thanks for sharing this keeper.

  5. I bought a whole scotch fillet of pork and intended to cut it into steaks. Instead I marinated it wholefor around 12 hours, then oven roasted it. It was really good but I can't wait to try this with the steaks too. The marinade is easy to assemble and smells fantastic as it cooks (tastes very good too).
