  1. I have been ordered to “not lose that recipe” !!! This was a huge hit, even made in a gluten-free pie crust. I used dark choc morsels (more than the recipe called for with my chocoholic family) . I also used 1/2 brown sugar and 1/2 white sugar, knowing family preferences. Served with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.

  2. This was AMAZING!!! Seriously so yummy! Made it for Thanksgiving and it was a super hit! My husband said it's the best pie he's ever had and now says I need to make it for every holiday :)

  3. I made this for a dinner party and it was a hit. The Jack and chocolate give it a different twist. I served it with real whipped cream and chocolate almond decafe coffee. Yum Yum

I'm a graduate student studying agricultural economics, originally from Georgia. (Go dawgs!) I try to eat very healthy, most often low-carb. But, I do love sweets sometimes. I like to bake for others so much- so I do it all the time and have become known for just stopping by with casseroles, brownies etc..
