ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 3⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 3⁄4 cup shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 (3 ounce) packages instant lemon pudding mix
- 3 eggs
directions
- Cream shortening, then add flour baking soda and salt.
- Mix well and add sugar and the pudding mixes and blend well.
- Add eggs and mix.
- Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
