  1. We loved the flavor that the ranch dressing gave the potatoes. I followed the amounts exactly except I only added 4 oz of cream cheese. It was perfect for us....creamy and a great flavor. A nice change of pace for mashed potatoes. Thank you so much, Junebug.

  2. Wonderful, rich and creamy potatoes. I served these with Recipe#207565, it was a great meal! My family really enjoyed these, the ranch gives them a nice tangy flavor and the cream cheese makes them rich and smooth. I also only added half of the cream cheese and added a couple tablespoons of sour cream. Thanks, I will be making these again!

  3. We loved these, hubby especially! I added more milk to get to the right consistency and omitted the salt altogether. Delicious! Thanks for a keeper Junebug!

  4. This was very good. I used 1/2 a package of cream cheese as another reviewer said. I didn't have any ranch dressing mix, but I used 1/4 cup of garlic ranch dressing and some added oregano. Very yummy. Will be making it again!

  5. YUM! My family LOVED these potatoes! I halfed the recipe & there was plenty leftover for bubble & squeak the next day ;) It went well with PanNan's Country Baked Chicken I made to go with it (#99669). This recipe is something I would love to make again & again. Thanks JuneBug :)

I am a wife, Mother and Grandmother. I am a native Texan and can't imagine living anywhere else. My Grandmother taught me to cook before I could see the top of the counter. I remember standing on a stool in her kitchen learning to make pancakes. My Mother loved to cook and it seems she was cooking (or cleaning) most of the time. So those are the two ladies responsible for nurturing my love of cooking! <a href="http://s245.photobucket.com/albums/gg77/monji74/?action=view&current=groupie1.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i245.photobucket.com/albums/gg77/monji74/groupie1.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a> As you can see I cook and review recipes more than I post them. That's because I am a pinch of this and a dollop of that cook and it's hard to put those recipes down on paper. <img src="http://www.satsleuth.com/cooking/Swap14.JPG"> <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/untitled.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting"> <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/200_artistrichardneuman-art-prints_.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting">
