- 5 eggs
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 Spam, cubes
- 1 red onion, cube
- 8 cups calrose rice, cooked
- 1⁄3 cup teriyaki sauce, Kikkoman
- 1⁄2 cup green peas, frozen
- 1 crushed pineapple, 8oz and drain juice

directions
- In a mixing bowl add in the eggs, water, salt and 1 tablespoon oil and blend well and set aside.
- In a wok coated with 3 tablespoon oil and place over a high heat add in the beaten eggs mixture and stir fry without browning the eggs and pour into a bowl and set aside.
- Clean out the wok add in 2 tablespoon oil spam and onion and stir fry until golden brown add in the rice and stir fry for 3 minutes add in the teriyaki sauce, peas and pineapple and combine well. Pour in the cooked eggs add salt to taste and mix well to blend.
