Just made this. Followed "itsneverenough"s suggestion and used liquid milk instead of powdered milk and water. Added 1 Tbsp semi-sweet chips and topped the yummy results with a scoop of French vanilla ice cream. Now I've got to get up and make my hubby a second helping!! This doesn't rise much so making in a ramekin would work

Definitely a 5 star recipe. This worked out perfectly when reduced to one serving (not all recipes adjust properly) and love that I can adjust to any amount of servings I need and can be confident this will work. After cooking, I topped mine with some mini chocolate chips that melted nicely just before I started eating. Will definitely be making this again. Tagged during Healthy Choices Tag game where if you divide it out it is just under 120 calories per cake.

Tried 4 different recipes for mug cakes and all of them had to much the taste of egg in them, so when a saw this one with no egg decided to try it. My kids loved this one, they tried all the other recipes and this one got 3 thumbs up!! they loved it so much, they want it for dessert tonight again and with this being low cal and low fat i really don't mind them having it again today. Thanks for sharing!!
