Add this to your list of favorites and you won't be sorry. So quick and easy to put together and no run to the store for an ingredient I didn't have. The smell alone was delightful. I served this with spagetti, salad and garlic bread. Everyone loved the tender, moist, flavorful chicken and went back for seconds. I used skinless, boneless thighs. I'm filing this recipe under "Quick, Easy, Delicious, Make Often".

Based on all your reviews, I trusted them and made it when we had company. I used one package of skinless, boneless chicken breasts and one package of skinless, boneless chicken thighs. I don't buy tomato paste, so I used my homemade tomato sauce in its place. The chicken was so amazingly tender, it fell apart with a fork, and the flavour was fabulous. I will be making this again. Thanks for the recipe.

All I can say is delish! The wonderful smells from this dish filled our home. I took other reviewers suggestions to double the herbs and salt. I also added a teaspoon of sugar for the acidity and used a can of diced tomatoes in place of one of the cans of tomato paste. Serve over pasta with veggies on the side with homemade garlic bread - OMG. Thanks for the recipe!!!!!

This was very quick and easy, sorry I can not give you five stars though. I always follow a recipe as written for the first time. I would make this again but change a few things. I would only add one tablespoon of olive oil, little greasy. I would also put in a can of diced tomatoes instead of one of the cans of tomato paste. Would also put in two teaspoons of the crushed red pepper because it did need more flavor. Thanks for sharing, you could cut the chicken with a fork!

My husband made this last night. I am very picky with chicken dinners. This one was wonderful! He did use chicken stock instead of wine, used 1 can of chopped tomatoes and 1 can of the paste. A little extra on the herbs. He put it in the crock pot in the high area for 4 hours. We will have this again. Easy and Yummy!

I live in Las Vegas. I was lucky enough to run into Recipezaar around Nov. 2000 and got hooked quickly. I am a cookbook collector and have been collecting recipes for as long as I can remember. My DH had to build in shelves for all my cookbooks! I like to dabble with OAMC and for a few years hosted the Budget/OAMC forum with some great people over there. Even though I don't work in the forum any longer I've set up a lot of cookbooks for the purpose of OAMC and stretching food that might be helpful. Please feel free to check them out! I go on food jags and cooking jags! Please come say hi to me and chat on facebook. I currently host a blog for saving money through finding deals and coupons if you are interested. Most of the time I try to cook and have a good dinner on the table but I'll be honest enough to say there is still fast food occasionally in the budget! I have had such wonderful support here whenever I need it. Thank you all for being here! Just a quick note on how I rate recipes:
? 5 stars - This recipe is perfect. (My DH is truly a critic and doesn't give 5's unless it's amazing) I would recommend it to others and would definitely make again.
? 4 stars - This recipe was good but I would change something in it next time.
? 3 stars - This is a recipe I would not make again but it was OK
? 2 stars - This recipe I would not make again and we didn't like it at all
? 1 star - This recipes did not work out/taste was unappealing and wouldn't make again
