  1. Fantastic! I doubled the recipe and baked it in a 9" pie pan. Also, didn't use quite the full amount of cream cheese and next time will probably reduce the cream cheese a bit more. Added a light sprinkling of shredded cheddar cheese. Also added sliced jalapenos to half the dish, as my MIL makes this dish and I love the heat! Left half the dish without jalapenos in case my guests didn't want them - I ended up having to eat the side without, so many people wanted jalapenos!

  2. So easy to make and delicious! Sometimes I used onion & chive cream cheese instead of plain. Very tasty flavor!

  3. Really, really great tasting corn dish, & I don't think it could be any easier to prepare, either! I did take a hint from Brenda & added a little seasoning, & for me it was lemon pepper! Definitely a keeper of a recipe! [Made & reviewed for one of my adoptees in this Spring's Pick A Chef event]

  4. I love cream cheese corn and make it often as a side dish. I'd never tried adding garlic to it before but discovered that I liked it a lot. Thanks for sharing.

  5. Recommend melting the cheese before adding so it mixes in more thoroughly. Great flavor! No modifications made to ingredients. Adding this to my regular rotation!
