Martha Stewart's Petrified Cheese Log

• Ingredients: 5
• Yields: 1 log

ingredients

• 5 ounces blue cheese
• 5 ounces cream cheese, softened
• black sesame seed
• blue food coloring (optional)
• cracker, for serving

directions

1. Mix blue cheese with 2 or 3 drops of blue food coloring, if desired; combine with softened cream cheese.
2. Roll into a log, and wrap in plastic. Refrigerate until firm. Unwrap, and roll log in black sesame seeds. Serve with crackers.
