No Bake Butterscotch Cookies

"Like the chocolate no bake oatmeal but these are butterscotch!! Easy and quick to make on the stove."

• Yields: 3 dozen

ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 3⁄4 cup margarine
• 1⁄2 cup evaporated milk
• 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant butterscotch pudding mix
• 3 1⁄2 cups quick oats

directions

1. On stovetop in a 3 qt pan on medium heat: Combine first 3 ingredients and bring to boil, stirring frequently.
2. Remove from heat and add pudding mix and oats.
3. Mix thoroughly.
4. Cool 15 minutes.
5. Drop spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
