"These are best when grilled over charcoal. Top with jalepeno-jack cheese. For a bolder twist, baste with creole mustard instead of bbq sauce"

  1. I followed the recipe without any changes. These burgers are a nice change from regular beef burgers. The next time I make them, I think I'll add a little red pepper flakes to give it an extra kick. Thank you for posting this different twist to burgers.

  2. This is 5 stars plus. Man this is a tasty burger - It will be made again & again! I didn't have any creole mustard so I used a coarse grain & added 1/2 tsp of chili flakes . I cut the recipe back to apprx 10 oz of meat. Thanks for a great Saturday Night burger

  3. These were easy & delicious. Didn't change a thing except to use plain mustard with a dash of Cajun Seasonings (did not have Creole mustard on hand). I shaped the 1# of ground pork into three patties - perfect for DH and me - he ate two and I ate one! Will definitely be making these again - an excellent break from regular old hamburgers! Thanks, CB!
