These burritos went together fast, and tasted great. I made some changes: smaller low-carb whole wheat tortillas instead of regular flour tortillas, PAM instead of veg oil, frozen grilled chicken instead of canned chicken (don't like the taste of canned chicken). I added 1 chopped green pepper and topped the burritos with guacamole, sour cream, salsa, and light cheddar cheese.

Was debating between 4 & 5 stars and decided to go five because it was sooo easy. It's pretty flavorful but could be easily modified to make it a little more interesting. I also sauteed the onions in pam so it was even healthier, definitely going to be making this one a lot. Quick, healthy, and flavorful -- hard to find!!
