  4. We enjoyed this very tasty potatoe dish. We love paprika on our potatoes. These little gems, were flavorful and very tender. Perfect served with Oven Baked Chicken and vegetables. Thanks for sharing :)

  5. Made this last night for dinner to go with Recipe#57092#57092 and Recipe#49125#49125. We had a delicious meal!! I followed the recipe only added 4 cloves of garlic and used hot paprika and some regular sweet paprika. These were gone before you knew it. Thank you for a tasty recipe. Made for Herb & Spice French Forum -- Paprika.

Tweaks

  1. I actually didn't have any onions so I cut up some chives instead. Because the recipe didn't specify how much lemon juice it needed, I just took a total guess. I used 5 cloves of garlic instead of 2-4 and instead of using hot paprika, I used regular paprika instead (because my mom and I don't really like spicy food). Came out wonderfully! Next time, I'll add 5-15 minutes to the second half of the roasting time to develop that lovely crispy flavor-packed edge that good roast potatoes have. Definitely making this for Thanksgiving and Christmas :)
