Peppy Paprika Potatoes

"This is peppery, spicy, comfort good."

• Ingredients: 9
• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 2 lbs russet potatoes (about 4-6 potatoes peeled and cut in large cubes)
• 1 onion, halved and sliced
• 2 -4 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tablespoons olive oil (or to coat)
• 1⁄2 tablespoon hot paprika
• 1⁄2 teaspoon coarse salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon butter

directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Toss all but the butter together and place in a casserole dish.
3. Top with butter.
4. Place in oven for 30 minutes uncovered.
5. Toss all and bake for 30 more minutes at 400 degrees.
6. Garnish with additional salt and lemon if desired.

Made this last night for dinner to go with Recipe#57092#57092 and Recipe#49125#49125. We had a delicious meal!! I followed the recipe only added 4 cloves of garlic and used hot paprika and some regular sweet paprika. These were gone before you knew it. Thank you for a tasty recipe.
