  1. I make a lot of recipes from this site, some I love, some are ok and some will not be made again. THEN there are SOME that just cannot go without making a comment! This is one of those recipes! It is so easy and quick, most have all the ingredients too. These turn out moist, and not overly sweet. They are just the compliment to a great cup of coffee in the morning. I did add 1 teaspoon of vanilla to my first batch. The second, I experimented and add berries, OMG! That was tasty too. I add 1/4 of a cup of the berries, it was just right in my world. Thank you for this recipe, I will be making these gems again and again!

  2. I used fat free miracle whip, and substituted baking powder with baking soda. Perhaps the baking powder was a problem because mine didn't rise too much. Anyway a good recipe, because I prefer miacle whip over mayonnaise. Thank you!

  3. Ridiculously easy recipe and possibly the nicest banana muffins I've ever had!

  4. These muffins are unbelievable. Without doubt the easiest and best banana muffins I have ever made. I made them for a muffin swap at work and had to bring five copies of the recipe the next day! As many others, I used regular mayonnaise. They were perfectly golden brown, moist and delicious.

  5. Awesome muffins!! These are great, I use mayo, otherwise no changes. They come out perfect every time and I have been using this recipe for years. Had lost it and was so happy to find it here. Still great and easiest recipe I have ever made. Great one to start a new cook on for good results and no skill involved.
