- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1⁄2 cup egg substitute
- 1⁄4 cup skim milk
- 1 cup mashed banana
- 3⁄4 cup flour
- 3⁄4 cup wheat flour
- 1⁄2 cup oat bran
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
directions
- In seperate bowl, sift all dry ingredients except sugar, and set aside.
- Combine sugar and all wet ingredients, mix.
- Add dry to wet and mix just until flour mixture is moist.
- Bake 350 for 50-55 minutes.
