  • Boil potatoes until soft.
  • Drain water and put potatoes back in pan to evaporate excess water.
  • Mash potatoes, mixing in salt, sour cream, chives, and horseradish.
  • Serve immediately.

  2. Mmmm, these tater are really, really yummy! They are smooth and creamy with a lovely taste! The chives and horseradish really add depth and flavour and the green specks also look great! :) Your directions are clear and the recipe comes together easily and rather quickly, too. I had organic potatoes so I left on the peel, which made for a slightly chunkier mash, but I really enjoyed it that way. THANKS SO VERY MUCH for sharing this yummy recipe with us, *Mrs. Muffins*. Made and reviewed for one of my babies during PAC Fall 09.
     
  3. These are a very tasty way to prepare mashed potatoes. And you're so right , those that don't like the ingredients individually still like these potatoes! I personally can't stand horseradish , but I put it in the potatoes as instructed and they were delicious. Made for PAC '08
