  • Cut pickle into quarters lengthwise.
  • Spread one piece of lunchmeat with 1/2 tablespoon cream cheese, add one pickle piece pickle and roll up, cut in half abd serve.

  1. i was intrigued when i saw this.. and sure enough, what a great snack.... not to mention that i always have these 3 things in my fridge! and very filling too!!
     
  2. Very easy and suprisingly good. DH is doing low carb and this is a snack he really enjoyed. I used about a tablespoon of cream cheese on each slice (he loves his cheese) and cut them into bite size pieces. Great recipe, Dawn!
