Microwavable Monkey Bread

"I love monkey bread, but it usually takes so long to make. This recipe is a lot easier, and can give you a quick monkey bread fix without all the time and effort you would normally put into making it. Nothing beats hot monkey bread right out of the oven, but this will do!"

  1. Was a big hit...will definitely make this again...

  2. What a great recipe for my kids to make! Simple, warm and yummy! The pan didn't even come out of the microwave hot so it seems very safe for them to make. I baked it for 5 minutes at 70% and it was a little dry so I think I will drop the time back and check it next time I do it.... and I will make it again! So good! Hmmm, maybe next time I will sprinkle pecans on top!

I have been a vegetarian for about ten years, and I believe in healthy eating! If at all possible, I try to adhere to a low-fat, high-fiber diet with lots of antioxidants (of course I believe in a few exceptions!). I am new to this whole cooking thing, and think that I really like it. I encourage people to be creative with the recipes that I post, as I believe that the vast majority of recipes need to be modified to fit each person's individual taste.
