  1. Made for PAC Spring-09. This was a 5 star for taste but it did not hold together well at all. I think next time I will add an egg to it for cohesion.

  2. Made for PAC Spring-09 This was a really simple recipe and easy to follow, with the added benefit of being really good and even enjoyed by my very picky DGSs which was an added plus as it can be really hard to find something the BOTH like. I followed the recipe exactly except for adding some finely chopped fresh onion and red bell peppers (can't have the boys see them and know they are there) and in the final 10 minutes of cooking added a topping of steak sauce and borwn sugar for a glaze. Even had the steak seasoning. It turned out great and was enjoyed by kids and adults alike. Really looking forward to sandwiches this afternoon. Thanks for a simple and tasty recipe.

I am a cook-a-holic! Have finally made my avocation my vocation as well at a great little cafe in Elizabethtown, KY. Everyone I know has been a "guinea pig" and all are living to tell their tales... tee-hee! Seriously, I've been loving the kitchen since I was 4 or 5 and come from a family of great cooks and varied tastes. I am truly blessed. <img src="http://i250.photobucket.com/albums/gg271/MrsTeny/Permanent%20Collection/PACSpring09Iwasadopted.jpg">
