DIRECTIONS

  • Heat Griddle to 350 degrees, melt butter to coat the top of griddle.
  • Mix Eggs / Cream / Vanilla in a bowl - beat well until smooth.
  • Mix in dry ingredients Flour / Sugar / Salt / Cinnamon - Beat again until well incorporated.
  • Dredge French Bread slices in Egg mixture turning once to ensure both sides are coated.
  • Cook on Griddle for 5 min per side turning once.
  • Serve with butter and your favorite syrup, I prefer real maple.
