Whisk and cook until cheese is melted and sauce has thickened slightly. Remove from heat.
** Careful not to get too thick. Should be thick like pizza or spaghetti sauce. Add more milk if needed.
Brush your favorite pizza dough with olive oil, spread sauce, add your favorite toppings and bake per dough instructions.
*** Makes enough sauce for 2 medium pizzas. Freezes beautifully. Just thaw at room temperature. Also great for calzone, or sauce for chicken, or chicken and broccoli with fettucini. Tweak away fellow tweakers!
