- 1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh squeezed
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, stems removed
- 1 teaspoon thyme leaves, stem removed
- 1 teaspoon parsley, fresh chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic and red chile paste
- salt
- pepper
- chips, for serving
directions
- In a food processor, blend all ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve with your favorite pita chips or bread.
