  • Drain and chop artichoke hearts.
  • Combine mayo, sour cream, and parmesan cheese.
  • Mix together artichoke hearts with mayo mixture in an oven safe glass pie dish Add garlic to taste.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Serve with crackers or pita bread.

    Delicious, made it with both good grated parmesan and the kraft green can, preferred kraft. Sprinkled paprika on top and broiled until brown...so good!

    Great party favorite! I doubled the recipe, only one cup of the mayo. Then added 2-3T capers, chopped green onion, garlic and fresh parsley! Served with sourdough baguette slices! Yum!
