- 3⁄4 cup frozen edamame, pre-shucked
- 2 cups spinach, tightly packed
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1⁄2 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons flax seed oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄3 teaspoon ground black pepper
directions
- Steam edamame until bright green and thawed.
- In a food processor, combine the edamame and all other ingredients, and blend until smooth.
- Makes 2 cups
