ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1⁄4 cups cornmeal
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 1⁄2 cups soymilk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or 2 tablespoons olive oil
directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Grease muffin cups or a square pan.
- Put dry ingredients in one bowl, and mix them.
- Put oil and milk together, and add to dry.
- Stir til just moist.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
