¹⁄₂ cup sugar
6 slices white bread, broken into pieces
³⁄₈ - ³⁄₄ cup butter
1 cup milk
3 eggs
1 can pineapple, crushed

directions

Mix all, bake for 35-40 minutes at 350F degrees.

I have loved this for years, a favorite with ham. I always sprinkle cinnamon-sugar on top so it gets a nice crispy topping.
