Lovely served with rice and Chinese greens and also easy as you can just put them in the oven.

This recipe called for generic "chili pepper" but there are so many kinds in the U.S. ...did you have a certain one in mind? I used a seeded jalapeño, which worked great, but its not an Asian pepper. Thanks!

200ºC = 392ºF Sear in oven before adding sauce. Substitute peanut oil for olive. Chili pepper = jalapeno w/o seeds Use fresh minced garlic rather than crushed. Sauce also good for "spicy" green beans

FYI 200ºC = 392ºF. Also, be sure not to misunderstand that these need to be seared in the oven first. That's what happened to me :-(

Excellent! This was so easy to put together and the pork came out so tender. I served it with rice and stir fry veggies. I will definitely be making this again!
