1. To rate this purely as "tiramisu" tasting pudding, I'd have to give this 3 stars...it has a similar taste to the custard portion of the classic dessert, but is missing the coffee flavoring that makes it unique. Other than that, it's a nice tasting easy, low fat treat. The consistency was a little different but still good. Don't think I'll try again- thanks for posting.

 2. This was so good & so easy! I cut the recipe in half-used fat free cottage cheese, low carb vanilla yogurt (used 1 tbsp of yogurt & lite whipped cream; made it plenty creamy!) one Splenda pkt & added some banana for a quick "parfait" snack. Delicious! Thanks so much for sharing!

 3. Talk about easy! And so low in everything. I used some sugar-free, fat-free instant white chocolate pudding. Great light dessert that looks and tastes fancy! Made for Spring 2008 PAC.

I will start by saying that I love to cook and also love collecting recipes so I am very happy to have joined Recipezaar and really enjoy going through all the recipes that have been generously posted by other members.

I only cook for myself during the week but on weekends I usually have 2 meals to prepare for family and friends. I am on WW and try to keep my choices in line with WW but will indulge myself and save a few recipes that don't fit in with WW for special occasions. My favourite food is curry and am always on the look out for a new curry
recipe.

I love to garden as my Zaar name would indicate, I grow tomotoes and herbs but space is limited so mostly I have perennial and annual flowers and plants.

My baby is a lovely little ShihTzu X Poodle named Rosie, she is my only child so of course is spoiled rotten. Rosie's favourite meal is lamb and sweet potato.

http://www.recipezaar.com/members/home/708494/dirty%20Rosie.jpg

<img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/IWasAdoptedfall08.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket>" />
