ingredients

• 4 ounces leftover turkey
• 2 -3 tablespoons cranberry sauce
• 1⁄8 cup mandarin orange
• 1⁄4 cup creamy Coleslaw
• 2 slices good whole wheat bread

directions

1. spread cranberry sauce on 1 slice of bread.
2. top with turkey, oranges, slaw and remaining bread.
3. enjoy!
