- 2 ripe avocados
- 1⁄2 medium onion, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 small tomatoes, finely diced
- 1 small garlic clove, finely diced
- 1⁄2 tablespoon salt
- 2 sprigs fresh cilantro, minced
directions
- Cut avocados in half and remove pits.
- Scoop avocado pulp into bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Mash pulp with fork and stir in remaining ingredients until well-blended.
- Add salt to taste.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
