Teriyaki Pineapple Chicken

directions

  • In skillet cook chunked chicken until almost done (a little pink on inside)(3-4 boneless skinless thighs can be used as a less expensive alternative).
  • Add carrot slices and pineapple (including juice).
  • Cook until carrots reach desired tenderness.
  • Add Teriyaki Sauce
  • Cook until sauce thickens.
  • Serve over rice (i prefer Jasmine rice).

    Great recipe, my family really enjoyed it. It's so delicious, easy and quick to make. Served it over brown rice. Next time, I probably will use jasmine rice. :-)

    This recipe turned out great. I actually substituted the Teriyaki sauce for Sweet & Sour sauce and pretty much had Sweet & Sour Chicken with Steamed Brown Rice. It was delicious. Next time I'll take a photo to upload.

    This was a great recipe! I added some cashews with it for an extra crunch and it turned out great. It does come out a little sweet, but we really enjoyed it and it was a great standby for a busy weeknight!

    Very good! I did substitute carrots for a bag of frozen broccoli Florets because my husband wont eat carrots. Even the pickiest eaters in the house loved it!
