  1. Wow. This taste like a taste of India. I added a good amount of rub to about a cup of yogurt, and marinated some chicken in it for 3 days in the fridge. I then slow cooked it on the weber, and oh my. Will make several times again, and experiment with it a little more. Thanks.
     
  2. Wonderful flavors. I used it on a whole chicken, which I BBQ'd on a spit. Turned out great. This is a keeper.
     
  3. I used this rub on skinless drumsticks. It was nice and spicy.
     
  4. Good mix. I used to it make chicken tandoori by adding 250gm of chicken breast (sliced to strips), 100ml of natural yoghurt and 2 tablespoons of the spice mix (more to taste). I then grilled it on skewers.
