Super Easy Spinach and Cheese Soup

Someone at work gave this recipe to me. I didn't think it would be so good!!! This is SO yummy!
- Ready In:
- 3 (16 ounce) cans low sodium chicken broth
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- In a saucepan bring broth and frozen spinach to boil. Add salt, pepper, and garlic and simmer on medium-low for 20-30 minutes. Slowly add parmesan cheese. Make sure there are no lumps or it will not melt. Simmer another 10-15 minutes covered.
