ingredients
- 2 lbs lean ground beef, cooked and drained
- 40 1⁄2 ounces kidney beans
- 20 ounces Rotel Tomatoes, diced original
- 22 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese
- tortilla chips or corn chips
directions
- Mix beef, beans, rotel, cream of mushroom in crock pot.
- Heat on medium for about an hour.
- If you are using the crockpot only add two cups of mozerella to top and let heat about 15 more minutes.
- Serve with tortilla chips or corn chips.
- You can also use a LARGE casserole dish and mix beef,beans, rotel, and soup.
- Place in casserole dish and cover with 3 cups mozerella.
- Heat at 350 for an hour.
- Quick Fix : Mix in microwavable container except for cheese. Heat 25 minutes.
- Add cheese for about 5 more minutes; Serve.
