Sundrop Pound Cake

"You would have to be a southern to even be looking for this recipe! :D You could substitute Mtn. Dew if Sundrop isnt available where you are."

• Ingredients: 8
• Yields: 1 cake

ingredients

• 1 cup margarine, softened
• 1⁄2 cup Crisco
• 3 cups sugar
• 5 eggs
• 3 cups plain flour
• 1 tablespoon vanilla flavoring
• 1 tablespoon lemon flavoring
• 6 ounces Sundrop soda

directions

1. Mix all together & bake at 325 for 1 hour & 15 minutes in bundt pan.

This bundt was easy to make and really delicious. The texture was dense but moist. It got rave reviews from everyone at the party. I highly recommend that you GREASE and FLOUR the pan, regardless of it's non-stick status. I used Mountain Dew (no Sundrop soda available) and eggbeaters for the eggs. I used butter flavored Crisco.
