ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces ricotta cheese
- 4 -8 sun-dried tomatoes
- 1⁄2 cup packed fresh basil
- 2 -3 garlic cloves (minced)
directions
- Throw it all in a processor and mix until well blended. Will keep very well covered for a week or more. A bit easier if the cream cheese is room temperature. Enjoy!
