First time making this and I love it! It was delicious. I used prosciutto and mozzarella cheese. Next time I will try cheddar cheese. 5 hours seemed to long and I will decrease that cooking time to 3 hours next time. I will use 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and 1 cup of chicken broth next time to make more gravy. I served the chicken over rice that I made with chicken stock. It was delicious. I will definitely make this again.
