I live in rural Michigan and we have 30 acres. My husband and I are beekeepers and raise chickens on our new hobby farm. I began cooking at 9 years old and entering my baking in the fair. I have an allergy to garlic, pineapple and gluten. I cook everything from scratch and use einkorn flour due to the food allergies. I am up to trying anything and will put my own spin on the recipe. I use fresh organic produce from our garden and can our food for the Winter.
