  1. Not bad, but I was hoping for more strawberry and banana flavour. Next time I might try adding more strawberries, and/or a little bit of banana extract. I might also try adding some chopped chunks of fruit along with the puree. This recipe does have potential! (Another note - my loaf was done after only 45 minutes, so watch it carefully.)

  2. This is a deliciously different loaf of bread! I like the texture the oats give it. It did turn out a little dry, though, and the strawberry taste wasn't as pronounced as I'd hoped it would be. I think next time I'll add more strawberries. Still, this is a great recipe, and I'll definitely be using it again!

  3. I gave this recipe 4 stars. This had very good taste. When I made this recipe I made changes to the recipe so I rated it higher. First my crust was very hard might be due to my changes. I used 1/4 cup applesauce in place of the cooking oil, I used Splenda for the sugar, I used 1 small banana and I used 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (this might be why so hard). Overall all this was good tasting I would have liked to taste more banana/strawberry flavor. Thanks for posting. Christine (internetnut)

  5. This was delicious! I didn't have strawberries so I substituted frozen raspberries(defrosted and smashed) and it was equally great.I did like the other poster and added more fruit than recipe called for about 1 1/2 cups each fruit and it was perfect and flavorful.Very pretty bread! Awesome recipe, I am definitely making it again.
