Pineapple Banana Loaf

ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup undrained crushed pineapple
- 3 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups canola oil
- 2 cups ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
directions
- Combine first 5 ingredients. Beat remaining ingredients together in large bowl until blended.
- Add dry ingredients stirring until thoroughly combined. spread in two greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 -inch loaf pans, dividing evenly.
- Bake at 350F for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool 15 minutes in pan, then remove to rack and cool completely.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
