DIRECTIONS

  • Clean the cockles and put it in a pot.
  • Add in sliced shallot and a stalk of crushed lemongrass.
  • Put the pot on the stove and heat it till all cockles are cooked (when the shells open).
  • Remove from the heat.
  • Serve.
