DIRECTIONS

  • Cut steak into bite sized pieces, and trim off excess fat.
  • Saute until no longer pink.
  • Drain off oil.
  • Add all other ingredients.
  • Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer at least 20 min.
  • Serve over rice.
