  • 1 cup spinach, chopped, cooked, & drained
  • 3 eggs, well-beaten
  • 1 12 cups milk
  • hollandaise sauce, your choice of recipe

directions

  • Combine all of the ingredients except the Hollandaise sauce and bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for about an hour, or until set. Serve with Hollandaise sauce poured over.

  1. Oh my goodness! What a PERFECT dish!! Once we saw it, we couldn't wait to try it, despite the fact that it required an hour of oven cooking and the temp here this afternoon was 28 C. (Threw it in the oven, hung out in the pool for the hour.) Our Hollandaise didn't come out as well -- tasty but a bit too thick. It wouldn't need sauce, though -- or maybe even just a little cheese melted over it. Probably one of the best recipes we've tried all year!!!!
