  • Skin the chicken. Make three shallow slashes into the flesh on both sides. Whisk the oil, vinegar and spices. Brush some of the spicy mixture over the drumsticks before placing in the pan. Pour rest of mixture over.
  • Grill the drumsticks for about 20 minutes, or until cooked turning them over about halfway through cooking and brushing them with the spicy mix.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
