  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Mix wheat, baking powder, salt and pepper.
  • Mix in spent grain, honey, cheddar and cut in butter.
  • Mix in buttermilk and egg.
  • Pat or roll & cut into scones and bake 20 minutes.
