Southwestern Chipotle Ketchup

"Great on burgers, fries, or really anything you'd normally put ketchup on."

• Ingredients: 6
• Yields: 1 1/4 cups

ingredients

• 1 cup ketchup
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons dried chipotle powder
• 1 tablespoon cumin

directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Enjoy!

The first time I had ever had Chipotle Ketchup was in one of my favorite restaurants. I came home craving it and decided to try out this version. This is very good. I used it as a condiment for turkey burgers. Personally, I would double the honey to balance it out a little more, but other than that, the end result is tasty.
