"A tangy all purpose recipe that can serve as a dip for chips or veggies, a sauce for baked potatoes or a dressing for salads."

ingredients

• 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
• 1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon dried cilantro
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a plastic container with lid.
2. Adjust seasonings to personal taste.
3. Serve with your favorite dippers or on a salad.
