• 1⁄2 cup Splenda sugar substitute
• 1 cup skim milk
• 12 ounces fat-free evaporated milk
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 teaspoons sugar-free dulce de leche syrup
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 pinch nutmeg

directions

1. whisk together
2. put in custard cups
3. put in waterbath
4. bake 325 for 25-35 minutes until center set.
