  1. Very good side dish, salad! And I am so glad you stressed the importance of letting the cucumbers drain well! This made the sour cream really cling to the cucumbers. The taste is super good. This is a keeper. Thanks Merlot!
  2. Perfect hot weather dish. Serve this as a side dish to accompany any curry dish! MMmm. Amazing the amount of water you get out of the cucumbers, if you didn't do this step the whole thing would be watery - Glad that you stressed this point Thanks Merlot this is a keeper
  3. A wonderful side dish. A great way to serve cucumbers.
  4. This was so good, and so very easy too. I never thought of squeezing water out of cucumbers, I will try this in a couple other of my cuke dishes as well. This is very much a throw together dish, but no one would know from the results. We have lots of fresh cucumbers right now, and this was a refreshing change from the usual recipes I use. Definatley a keeper! Thanks for a great new summer recipe!
  5. I grew up on that stuff, so I know a good cucumber salad (mizeria is what we call it) when I see or taste one. The addition of the garlic is what makes it stand out. Thank you.
